We are scheduled to run Kara through the leap year this week, so lets kick some extra butt :) 6:00PM server for Tuesday and Thursday. We had a bugged Curator last week, or I thought we would have had it, Umm did also! Read the rest for details of the events for this week.

Let's see as many of the newbies out for Attumen and Moroes as that will be all that you guys can handle at this point.

Considering everything THOR has been through, we are doing awesome once again, however, there are some things we really need to work on besides gearing up. Everyone needs to work on being prepared, being on time, moving a bit faster through each section and finally, learning to lead/mark the raid.

1 - Being prepared - this is so important.

Well, we were able to down 3 bosses last night! I would say we did pretty well considering the Curator we BUGGED! IT ended up being a long night, but we were able to drop Maiden, Oz Opera, and Shadikith the Glider (the Bat Boss).

I have 14 quests in Skettis, Netherstorm, Shadowmoon Valley, and Blade's Edge Mountains that are group quests. If anyone is avialable to make up a 5-person group in the next few days to handle some of these I would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, I can't nail down a specific time to handle them, so I guess I'll just ping the guild when I'm available.

I hope you all have a nice Valentines day. I forgot when I scheduled the next raid on Tuesday, so the Kara RAID scheduled for tonight will be postponed until Saturday. I have some plans tomorrow that I cannot break, so unless you all get a group together without me, I won't be around.

We had a great return with some new faces on Tuesday, so I am very psyched to see how we fair against Maiden and Opera on our next visit. Thanks to all those who made it out and I hope all of the Kara newbies had fun and are ready for more action!

Well, we have some positive rebuilding happening in the guild and have gained a few old and a few new members. We have thought of some new ideas to help in our progression through Karazhan and hopefully other end-game content. Thursday we venture back to Karazhan with a new plan of attack for the long haul.

Given the recent turn of events, I have decided to have a recruiting contest. Now don't think this is an easy contest. The winner will have to be proven to be a great recruiter of members who are in things for the long haul and stay at least 90 days. This contest will prove to be one of the longest and toughest contests for our guild, but will also be the most rewarding and build our new guild network.

Why I did not bring Teutorigos back to THOR. 1st I’m going to start by saying I think THOR is an excellent Guild and Community. World of Warcraft is my first MMORPG and I have only been playing for a little over a year. My 1st three months of playing I was a Guild less noob wondering the world with no real direction. I enjoyed the game so much that I even got my wife to start playing. Many of you know her as Alisandrae. For months I declined several guild invites. I guess you can say I just didn’t like their approach. This all changed 1 night while I was helping Ali in Westfall.

O.K. Well. that did'nt quite work out like i planned...

Well, it seems that most who wanted to goto THORs Hammer just wanted to leave the guild anyway, as after trying something to focus more on raiding to better the guild did not work...everyone is leaving and not coming back to THOR. Yet, around 2 weeks ago we went as The Hammer of Resistance and got the farthest in Karazhan we ever have. How does this all make any sense?

the happenings with the guild have gotten me worryed that the guild is going to fall apart.Not too long ago there was over 400 ppl in the guild now the numbers r in the 200s.And if the guild falls i will have nowhere to go.this guild as became like a second home to me and i fell comfiy in this guild compaired to all the guilds i have ever been in to this date.so i really hope that the guild can get though this an no more ppl leave that i love to talk to and do this with.:(

Yet another great thing down the drain. I wish it wasnt so but its time for me to move on. Everyone I loved playing with in Thor have left for greener pastures and its time for me to find another home. If you ever need me I am always there for Thor. I love you guys and take care. God this really hurts.

I have been absent lately and to play some catchup, I am scheduling an all day Karazhan Marathan for tomorrow, Sat. Feb. 2nd. ;) Yes, Marathan! The idea is to get as many runs in as we can from 12:00 Noon Server Time until we all fall asleep at the keyboard, or can't stand each other anymore.
