THOR Council

The Hammer of Resistance guild created a council to keep a balance of power between the guild leader and the rest of the guild. No one person makes decisions in our guild and we try to vote on every major decision or at least discuss it. We try to have as much input from members as possible and as more members become family, we will be appointing them to the council by vote. The council makes the final call on all issues, new policies, and officer appointments. I do not claim to be the all supreme leader of this guild, I just run it :) We make decisions as a whole and that is what has kept us around for so long.

Council Responsibilities

Certain things are immediate removal as per the guild rules, but decisions like who are to be promoted to officers and other important guild decisions will be made by THOR Council by vote. We intend to have a very fair guild and this process enables us to do so. The number of Council members will be odd so that decisions can be made easily. Therefore, appointments to the council will come in twos after the base council is established.
