Rebuilding the Family

Well, it seems that most who wanted to goto THORs Hammer just wanted to leave the guild anyway, as after trying something to focus more on raiding to better the guild did not work...everyone is leaving and not coming back to THOR. Yet, around 2 weeks ago we went as The Hammer of Resistance and got the farthest in Karazhan we ever have. How does this all make any sense?

At first I was pretty upset as this was a voted decision by most if not all council, so I don't care...THOR has been through much worse times than this like a whole game dying and quite a while where the leader changed every week or so. We have always had a solid core that does not get faded by these types of situations. That is what has brought us this far, and will continue to drive us. Many of the core members have been in the guild for around 4 or 5 years. I guess the old saying is true, Blood is Thicker than Water.

We have had a voicechat server for over 3 years and that server has been working fine...Yet, we only ever see the core members sign on. We will work through this as we have every other bump in our the 5 year long road we have traveled to this point. I hope you all see that we do not feel that this game is all about Raiding and more about the family we call THOR. It is built on friendships and relationships and does not require one to sell their soul to the WoW gods to play with our family.

I welcome all of those back who would like to help rebuild the family as all we tried to do was try something to better the guild. Now we have suffered huge losses because of this and it just seems silly that everyone would just leave like this. Mistakes were made all around here over the past 2 weeks and I am just asking for everyone to take step back and then take a step back into THOR just to see if we can get the fire back we had just a few weeks ago.
